Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and driven
Project Manager - Facade
to lead engineering and construction projects from inception through handover. This hybrid role combines technical facade engineering capabilities with project management leadership, ensuring that our solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, lead, and deliver facade projects within defined scope, budget, and schedule.
Create and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and risk assessments.
Control budgets, optimize costs, and monitor project financials.
Oversee procurement activities and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Lead client meetings, provide progress reports, and proactively manage project risks.
Ensure adherence to quality control standards and health & safety regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in facade project management.
PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent project management software.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Valid UAE driving license required.
