Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced

Project Manager - Facade

to oversee the full lifecycle of facade projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing large-scale facade construction projects in the UAE or GCC region.

This role also includes coordination with engineering teams, as well as oversight of project engineers. Candidates with experience in both

engineering and project management

will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager:

Plan, manage, and deliver facade projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, budget, timeline, and quality objectives are met. Develop detailed project execution plans including resource planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation strategies. Lead internal project teams and liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and vendors for timely procurement and installation. Conduct regular project meetings and site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues. Maintain comprehensive project documentation including contracts, change orders, and reports. Manage project budgets, control costs, and track variations to maintain profitability. Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and quality standards throughout project execution. Resolve any conflicts or delays with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in facade construction, with at least 3 years in a project management capacity. PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred. Strong knowledge of facade systems, materials, and installation techniques. Proficient in project management tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
