Key Responsibilities:
Project Execution:
Plan, manage, and deliver aluminum and glazing projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor project teams, subcontractors, and engineers to ensure effective collaboration and performance.
Client Liaison:
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring transparent communication and high customer satisfaction.
Budget Management:
Prepare and monitor project budgets; implement cost-control strategies to maintain financial targets.
Risk Management:
Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans where needed.
Site Oversight:
Supervise site activities, ensuring alignment with technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
Quality Assurance:
Enforce quality control standards; conduct inspections and implement corrective actions as required.
Procurement & Vendor Management:
Coordinate material procurement and manage supplier/subcontractor performance.
Reporting:
Prepare detailed progress reports for senior management and clients, including KPIs, milestones, and budget updates.
Health & Safety:
Promote and enforce HSE compliance, ensuring a safe working environment across all project sites.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. (Master's or PMP is a plus.)
Experience:
Minimum 10 years in project management, with at least 8 years specifically in the aluminum & glazing sector.
License:
Valid UAE driving license is essential.
