Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled
Project Manager - Facade
to lead facade engineering and construction projects from concept through completion. The role involves strategic planning, resource management, and team coordination to ensure successful project delivery in alignment with client expectations, timelines, and budgets. Candidates with a background in both design coordination and site execution will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:Project Engineering Support (Design Phase):
Collaborate with the design and technical teams to develop innovative and performance-driven facade solutions.
Prepare and review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and materials schedules for facade systems.
Conduct structural analyses, performance simulations, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and safety standards.
Support material selection based on durability, sustainability, and performance requirements.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure technical compatibility and timely material submittals.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of drawings, reports, and correspondence.
Project Management (Execution Phase):
Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of facade projects, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and budgets.
Develop detailed project plans covering resource allocation, risk mitigation, procurement, and quality assurance.
Manage budgets and track project expenses, implementing cost control strategies to enhance profitability.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Organize and lead progress meetings with clients and stakeholders, providing clear updates and addressing any concerns or risks.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, contractual obligations, and company procedures across all project phases.
Qualifications & Experience:For Engineering Support Functions:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2-5 years of relevant experience in facade engineering or construction.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and facade analysis tools.
Strong technical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Effective communication and coordination abilities.
Valid UAE driving license.
For Project Manager Role:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience in facade construction, including managing large-scale or complex projects.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and standard project management tools.
Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
Valid UAE driving license.
