, particularly within the aluminum and glazing industry. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and schedule targets while maintaining strict compliance with safety and regulatory standards. A
valid UAE driving license
is essential for regular site supervision and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Lead the end-to-end execution of aluminum and glazing projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with company objectives and client expectations.
Leadership & Team Management
Supervise and motivate project teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and site staff, ensuring optimal performance and resource utilization.
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and safety-conscious work environment.
Client Relations & Stakeholder Communication
Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular project updates and managing expectations.
Address concerns promptly and professionally to ensure client satisfaction.
Budgeting & Cost Control
Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and enforce cost-control measures to maintain profitability.
Risk & Issue Management
Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to prevent project delays or cost overruns.
Resolve project-related issues swiftly and effectively.
Site Management & Coordination
Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and timeline requirements.
Quality Assurance
Enforce compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct quality checks and implement corrective measures where needed.
Contractor & Supplier Oversight
Manage procurement activities, oversee vendor performance, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and present comprehensive progress reports for senior management and clients, including KPIs, schedules, and financial updates.
Health & Safety Compliance
Enforce compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) regulations to ensure a safe work environment for all personnel.
