Project Manager with specialized experience in the Aluminum & Glazing industry
to lead and deliver high-profile construction projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a
minimum of 10 years' experience
, including 12
+ years specifically in aluminum and glazing project management
, and possess a
valid UAE driving license
. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that involves overseeing all phases of project execution, from planning to delivery, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
Lead end-to-end management of aluminum and glazing projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and high-quality delivery.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and guide engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to maintain productivity and project alignment.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as the main liaison with clients and stakeholders, providing progress updates and ensuring client satisfaction.
Budget & Cost Control:
Create, manage, and optimize project budgets; track costs and implement financial controls.
Risk & Issue Management:
Anticipate, identify, and mitigate project risks and issues to maintain progress and performance.
Site Operations Oversight:
Ensure smooth on-site execution by coordinating teams and enforcing work standards and timelines.
Quality Control:
Conduct inspections, ensure adherence to project specifications, and implement corrective actions as required.
Procurement & Vendor Coordination:
Manage procurement timelines, vendor performance, and timely material deliveries.
Reporting:
Deliver regular progress reports, status updates, and performance reviews to senior leadership and clients.
Health, Safety & Regulatory Compliance:
Enforce strict adherence to UAE HSE standards and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Master's degree or PMP certification is an advantage.
Experience:
Minimum of
12 years of project management experience
, with at least
8 years in the aluminum and glazing sector
.
License:
Must hold a
valid UAE driving license
.
