Role Overview
We are currently seeking a highly capable and experienced
Project Manager - Facade
to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of facade projects from concept to completion. This role requires technical understanding, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Engineering Support
Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to develop facade solutions that align with architectural intent.
Review and support the preparation of
engineering drawings, specifications, material take-offs
, and
performance simulations
.
Assist in the
selection of facade materials
, emphasizing performance, durability, and sustainability.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure accurate material sourcing and delivery.
Maintain organized and accurate
project documentation
, including drawings, approvals, and correspondence.
Project Management
Oversee end-to-end facade project lifecycle:
planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
.
Develop and maintain
detailed project plans
, including timelines, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk mitigation strategies.
Manage project costs, track
expenditures
, and implement cost-saving measures to maintain profitability.
Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely
procurement and delivery
of materials and services.
Lead
project meetings
with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to provide updates, resolve issues, and maintain alignment.
Ensure all works are delivered
on schedule, within scope, and to high-quality standards
.
QualificationsProject Engineer Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Civil or Mechanical Engineering
(or related field).
2-5 years
of experience in facade engineering or construction.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, Revit
, and other engineering design tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Valid
UAE driving license
.
Project Manager Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering, Construction Management
, or related field.
8+ years
of experience in facade construction with a successful track record of project delivery.
PMP or equivalent certification
(preferred).
Proficient in
Primavera P6, MS Project
, or other project management tools.
Strong
leadership, negotiation, and communication
abilities.
Ability to
multitask and adapt
to changing project needs and deadlines.
Valid
UAE driving license
.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
