Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution:
Manage all phases of project execution-- from initiation to handover-- ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and cost control.
Leadership & Team Management:
Supervise and mentor project teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and site staff. Ensure efficient resource allocation and team performance.
Client Relations:
Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams. Provide regular project updates, address client concerns, and ensure high satisfaction.
Budgeting & Cost Control:
Develop project budgets, monitor actual costs, and implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining quality standards.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate risks affecting timelines, cost, or quality. Proactively resolve issues and deploy contingency plans as needed.
Site Oversight:
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with plans, and maintain health and safety standards.
Quality Assurance:
Enforce quality control across all project phases. Conduct inspections and audits to ensure project outcomes align with technical specifications and regulatory standards.
Vendor & Supplier Coordination:
Manage procurement, oversee material delivery schedules, and maintain productive relationships with suppliers and contractors.
Reporting:
Prepare and deliver detailed progress reports covering schedules, budgets, resources, and potential issues to senior management and stakeholders.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Ensure adherence to HSE standards and UAE safety regulations at all project sites.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A Master's degree or
PMP certification
is an advantage.
Experience:
Minimum
10+ years
of total project management experience, with at least
8 years in aluminum and glazing
systems within the UAE or GCC.
License:
Valid UAE Driving License
is mandatory.
Technical Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of aluminum facade systems, curtain walls, cladding, and glazing products and techniques.
Project Management Skills:
Strong grasp of scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and construction methodologies.
Leadership Abilities:
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results under pressure.
Problem-Solving:
Skilled in analyzing challenges and implementing practical, cost-effective solutions.
