Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Project Manager - Facade

to lead and oversee facade engineering and construction projects from concept through completion. This role demands a strong technical background in facade systems along with proven project management expertise. The ideal candidate will also provide engineering support when required, making this a hybrid position that bridges design, execution, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:As Project Engineer:

Collaborate with the design team to develop

innovative facade solutions

aligned with architectural vision and project goals. Prepare detailed

engineering drawings, material specifications, and schedules

for facade systems. Perform

structural analysis and simulations

to ensure facade performance, safety, and efficiency. Assist in

material selection

, considering performance, sustainability, and aesthetic value. Coordinate with

suppliers and subcontractors

for facade procurement and installation support. Maintain accurate project documentation, including

drawings, technical submittals, and correspondence

.

As Project Manager:

Manage the

planning, execution, and delivery

of facade projects within scope, budget, and timeline. Develop detailed

project plans

, including scheduling, risk management, resource allocation, and QA/QC protocols. Monitor and control

project budgets

, implementing cost-saving strategies to enhance profitability. Oversee procurement and coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors for seamless execution. Lead

client and stakeholder meetings

, providing progress updates, managing risks, and ensuring open communication.

Qualifications & Requirements:Project Engineer:

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering

, or related discipline.

2-5 years

of experience in facade engineering or construction. Proficient in

AutoCAD, Revit

, and relevant structural or design software. Strong

analytical, coordination

, and

communication

skills.

Valid UAE driving license

is required.

Project Manager:

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering, Construction Management

, or a related field. Minimum

8 years of experience

in facade construction with a proven track record in managing large-scale or complex projects.

PMP certification

or equivalent project management qualification is preferred. Expertise in

Primavera P6, Microsoft Project

, or other project management software. Exceptional

leadership, negotiation, conflict resolution

, and

time management

skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Valid UAE driving license

is required.
