Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced

Project Manager - Facade

to lead the successful delivery of facade projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with project management expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, and timely facade solutions that meet client expectations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:Project Management:

Lead the

planning, execution, and delivery

of facade projects from inception to completion. Develop and manage comprehensive

project schedules, budgets, and resource plans

. Oversee procurement processes and ensure

timely delivery

of materials and services. Monitor project progress and implement

risk management and cost control

strategies. Conduct regular project meetings with internal teams, subcontractors, clients, and consultants. Ensure adherence to

quality standards, safety regulations

, and contractual obligations. Resolve project-related issues, delays, or conflicts efficiently and proactively.

Technical Oversight:

Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure

technical accuracy

of facade systems. Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and material selections. Coordinate with structural engineers and architects to verify

design feasibility and compliance

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering

,

Construction Management

, or a related field. Minimum

8 years of experience

in facade construction, including project management of large-scale or complex facade systems. Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

PMP certification

or similar project management accreditation is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team coordination skills. Valid

UAE driving license

is required.
