The incumbent will be responsible for managing and overseeing the design and implementation of airport information and technology communication package.
What You\'ll Be Doing:
Develop and implement the ICT strategy that aligns with the airport\'s overall operational and business objectives.
Validate the design and make recommendations for improvement
Manage the implementation of airport information and technology communication projects
Develop project plans including timelines, budgets, resource allocation
Manage correspondence with Contractor and Client. Needs to be able to address technical matters in writing English.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Manage project risks by identifying potential issues before they occur
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Provide regular status updates to senior management on project progress
Manage project teams including contractors/vendors
Responsible for all Airport systems (DAS, 5G/LTE, FO, Data Centers, Airport Systems, Security Systems, CCTV/ACS/CUPPS/CUSS/ RMS/IB/FIDS/SCN/DC/DAS etc.)
What Required Skills You\'ll Bring:
Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Minimum 10 years of experience managing airport ICT projects
Deep understanding and knowledge of airport ICT systems including but not limited to:
Relevant experience, with a deep understanding and proven knowledge of Integration of all of the below systems:
Airport systems such as CUPPS, CUSS, RMS, BRS, etc. Security Systems such as CCTV and ACS
Infrastructure such as DATA CENTER, SERVERS, FIBER AND COPER CABLING, TELECOMMUNICATION ROOMS, ACTIVE WIRED (LAN) OR WIRELESS (WIFI) NETWORKS
Life and Safety Systems such as PUBLIC ADDRESS and FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS
Applications such as INFORMATION BROKER, CMMS, or other relevant airport applications
Fluent in English; Arabic speaking is a plus
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate others
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
