:
The Project Manager - AI & Automation is responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of projects that leverage content management, process automation, machine learning, and advanced analytics to drive business transformation for clients.
This role requires a strong combination of technical understanding, business acumen, and project delivery discipline. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with clients, solution architects, data scientists, and automation engineers to ensure the successful implementation of automation solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Initiation

• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Prepare detailed project charters, resource plans, and cost estimates for AI and automation initiatives.

• Identify project risks and design mitigation and contingency plans early in the lifecycle.

• Establish governance structures and define communication cadences across business and IT

stakeholders.
2. Delivery and Execution

• Manage full project lifecycle for AI and automation initiatives, including:

o RPA deployments (UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, etc.)
o AI model development and integration (NLP, vision, chatbots, predictive analytics)
o Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and workflow automation projects.

• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including business analysts, data engineers, automation developers, and QA.

• Ensure timely delivery, adherence to SLAs, and high-quality outputs aligned with client expectations.

3. Client and Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during all project phases.

• Translate complex technical solutions into business value discussions.

• Manage expectations on timelines, cost, and deliverables, ensuring full transparency.

• Conduct steering committee meetings and executive project reviews.

4. Financial and Commercial Management

• Control project budgets, cost forecasts, and resource allocations to ensure profitability.

• Track change requests, billing milestones, and project-related revenue.

• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and pricing models.

5. Quality Assurance and Governance

• Ensure that automation solutions follow defined architecture standards, compliance, and security

protocols.

• Implement standardized project documentation, templates, and best practices.

• Conduct UAT planning, deployment readiness checks, and post-implementation reviews.

6. Leadership and Team Enablement

• Lead cross-functional project teams and mentor junior project managers or coordinators.

• Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

• Work closely with the Center of Excellence (CoE) for Automation to standardize frameworks and share

best practices.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's or MBA

preferred.

• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master certification. RPA certifications (UiPath, Power

Automate, or Automation Anywhere) are a strong plus.

• Experience:

o 7+ years of experience in IT project management, with 3+ years in AI, RPA, or Automation project delivery.
o Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade automation programs for large organizations in sectors such as banking, government, insurance, or utilities.
o Experience managing vendors and partnerships across AI/Automation platforms (e.g., Microsoft, UiPath, Kore.ai, OpenAI integrations).
Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of RPA, AI/ML technologies, NLP, chatbots, IDP, and process mining.

• Excellent grasp of Agile delivery practices and modern DevOps for automation pipelines.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

• Financial acumen for budgeting, profitability tracking, and commercial negotiation.

• Experience in change management and adoption planning for AI-driven initiatives.

• Hands-on familiarity with tools such as Jira, MS Project, Power BI, and Confluence.

• Ability to balance technical depth with business context and strategic vision.

• Fluent in English, Arabic preferred

• A UAE Driving license is preferred
