Project Manager
Job Summary:
The Project Manager is the single point of accountability for the entire project. They are responsible for leading and directing the project team to deliver the project on time, within budget, and in accordance with the required quality, safety, and environmental standards. They serve as the primary liaison between the client, senior management, and all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the overall project execution plan, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and critical success factors.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the entire project team (engineering, construction, procurement, controls, etc.).
• Manage the project budget, forecast costs, and control expenditures to ensure profitability.
• Oversee the project schedule, ensuring milestones are met and critical path activities are tracked.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client, managing expectations and communications.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations, company policies, and legal/regulatory requirements.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Chair key project meetings (e.g., kick-off, progress, review, and close-out).
• Ensure a strong safety culture is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project change control processes and variations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng./P.E.) license or PMP certification is highly desirable.
• 15+ years of experience in the construction/engineering industry, with at least 8-10 years in a Project Manager role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects.
