Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience (8 years) as a Project Manager in the fit-out or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling.
Experience managing and coordinating multiple teams and contractors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
