Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving business success. You'll lead diverse project teams, orchestrate resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. How You'll Make an Impact

• Act as the point of contact for customers, encouraging positive relationships to boost business success and improve customer happiness. Foster close client relationships by delivering timely reports and responding promptly to operational requests.
• Establish a robust project structure and organization, ensuring efficient control and execution to meet high-quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints. Maintain vigilant oversight of all required deliveries and services, ensuring adherence to specified costs, deadlines, and quality benchmarks.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive contract execution strategy that encompasses risk management, opportunity identification, claim management, and avenues for upselling. Support the creation of a safety and health system by providing relevant training and promoting strict adherence to guidelines and procedures.
• Work with international service teams to support seamless project implementation and coordination. Inspire and guide team members, promoting a culture of motivation and collaboration.
• Ensure the availability of spare parts and consumables, while owning an interdisciplinary team during outages and inspections. Monitor costs throughout project execution, provide and review project timelines, and implement vital action plans.
• Strategically plan and mobilize personnel, clarify tool requirements, and coordinate the preparation of outage documentation. Ensure timely invoicing in alignment with project achievements.

What You Bring

• A degree or equivalent experience in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering is preferred. Certifications in project management (IPMA, PMI, or PM@Siemens) and expertise in business administration and international contract management.
• Several years of project management experience in the international power plant sector, equipped with insights to navigate complex projects and technical experience with Power Plant components.
• An entrepreneurial approach and strong customer engagement skills, ensuring happiness and nurturing relationships. A passion for working in diverse international teams and environments with complex challenges related to security and logistics.
• Strong communication, networking, and negotiating skills, improving collaboration and engaging with collaborators. Proficiency in English, with knowledge of German and/or Arabic as a plus, facilitating effective communication.
• Strong on-site presence during project execution and outages, ensuring effective leadership. Experience in subcontractor management and proficiency in the MS Office suite.
• Willingness to travel during outage implementations, demonstrating flexibility and commitment.

About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
