We're looking for an experienced Female Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise software projects from initiation to go-live. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive projects to success on time and within budget. The ideal candidate should be open to occasional travel as required to support project delivery and client engagement across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full project lifecycle: scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Lead cross-functional teams and manage client relationships
Ensure projects meet quality standards, scope, timelines, and budget
Identify and manage project risks, changes, and dependencies
Create and maintain project documentation and reporting
Performs gate reviews and quality assurance reviews with all aspects of the organization and business sponsors.
Work within defined governance processes and perform the relevant project management processes
Support development of business cases with the customer team including leading on the solutions estimate.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Minimum 5 years of project management experience, including full-cycle enterprise software project delivery
Proven experience in government or semi-government digital transformation projects
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (Agile, PRINCE2, Waterfall)
PMP Certification required.
ITIL or Liferay knowledge is a plus
Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment is preferred
Relevant experience in a technical field (application development, deployment/implementation) is preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English (spoken and written)
Willingness and ability to travel when required for project needs.
Candidate must be currently based in the UAE.
