Develop practical project schedules and procurement plans for the engineering and construction of HV substation projects.
Deliver projects efficiently according to engineering specifications while maintaining target margins.
Present clear project reviews to management on schedule and financial performance.
Build productive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Resolve quality issues promptly through effective root cause analysis.
Maintain strict compliance with safety and integrity standards.
