CORE RESPOSIILITIES
As a Project Manager (SAP SuccessFactors Technical Lead), you will use your knowledge and technical expertise to:
1. Lead the technical workstream to deliver the highest quality results
2. Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate
3. Serve as a bridge between HR and the technical team to translate complex needs into technical understanding
4. Utilize your understanding of the system to advise business on boundaries and provide potential solutions to meet their requirements.
5. Managing and delivering success factor related projects and change requests in agile/waterfall environment
6. Providing insights to improve HR processes and aligning with HR teams
7. Manage and maintain integration with 3rd party systems like S4 etc.
8. Delegate tasks to the team members and provide necessary support to ensure deliverable timelines are met
9. Stakeholder management with regular status updates
10. Responsible to deliver projects within time, cost and quality

EXPERIENCE:
1. 8+ years of experience in SuccessFactors with at least five End-End-To Implementations in SAP SuccessFactors especially
Employee Central, Recruiting Management, Onboarding & Performance Management, Compensation Management modules.
2. Experience in Integration with SAP S4H and ECC is a must
3. Hands of experience in SAP HR Modules, SAP Payroll, Personal Administration, Organizational Management, Time
Management (Leave Application, Time evaluation, etc.) will be an added advantage.
4. Hands on experience in Integration with other systems
5. Hands on experience in creating MDF objects to support the solution extensions
