We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven

Project Management Engineer

to lead, coordinate, and execute engineering projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will apply both technical and managerial expertise to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and manage engineering projects from initiation through delivery. Develop detailed project scopes, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, etc.). Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and presentations for stakeholders. Ensure compliance with industry codes, regulations, and company standards. Manage change orders, cost controls, and project documentation. Lead project meetings and communicate updates to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). PMP certification (preferred or in progress). 3-5 years of experience in engineering project management or a related role. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Asana). Strong understanding of engineering principles and project lifecycle. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in [industry: e.g., construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, IT, etc.]. Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other relevant engineering software. Familiarity with budgeting, procurement, and contract management.
