The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery -- from defining the scope of work and managing contractors to ensuring accurate data integration and final project reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Develop the
Scope of Work (SoW)
and methodology for surveying activities.
Manage the overall execution of the underground utilities verification project, including
planning, supervision, and progress tracking
.
Oversee and validate all
CAD and survey data integration
processes.
Perform
QA/QC checks
, maintain updated site-wide CAD files, and ensure data accuracy.
Prepare and deliver
weekly and monthly project progress reports
.
Coordinate with internal teams on GIS, engineering, and utilities data management.
Deliver comprehensive
final reports and documentation
at project completion.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field
.
Minimum
8 years of professional experience
in project management, surveying, or CAD engineering.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
and strong understanding of
digital data management workflows
.
Demonstrated ability to manage
multi-disciplinary technical projects
and teams.
Excellent
organizational, analytical, and communication
skills.
Experience with large-scale infrastructure or site utility projects is a plus.
