About the Role

Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and motivated

Project Landscape Architect

with strong expertise in the

early stages of design

, including concept development and schematic design. The ideal candidate is a

curious, design-driven professional

who is passionate about art, culture, and the latest trends in landscape and urban design. This role requires both creativity and leadership--someone who thrives as a

team player

, can lead smaller groups of designers, and contributes to innovative, visually compelling design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to the creation of

conceptual and schematic design packages

for a diverse range of landscape and urban projects. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop

innovative and trend-forward design solutions

rooted in artistic and cultural awareness. Provide design leadership to smaller groups of junior designers, guiding design explorations, critiques, and iterations. Develop

high-quality graphics and visualizations

to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders. Utilize

AI tools and emerging technologies

to enhance creativity, efficiency, and design outcomes. Stay informed about the latest design methodologies, sustainability approaches, and international landscape trends. Support design presentations, workshops, and client engagement sessions with clear and compelling storytelling.

What do we need from you

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture (or a related field). 6-10 years of relevant professional experience, with a strong focus on

early-stage design and conceptual work

. Exceptional design and graphic skills, with mastery in

hand sketching, digital illustration, and visualization tools

. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D visualization platforms. Familiarity and practical use of

AI design tools

to support creative processes. Demonstrated ability to lead smaller teams and contribute collaboratively within larger teams. Strong communication and presentation skills, with an eye for detail and storytelling. Must be a TEAM PLAYER
