Scope of Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating between Procurement, Engineering and Planning Departments to assure all Engineering MTO is procured and will be on site before the Execution date as per the plan
  • Coordinating with all project parties to assure smooth work with minimal hurdles during the execution.
  • Working with the Construction Managers to generate the work boundaries for the Construction Work Areas CWA
  • Generate a schedule where the CWAs are part of the WBS and assigned the delivery dates for CWAs
  • Defining the Construction work Packages for each CWA in liaise with the Construction Manager and site Engineers.
  • Assisting Site Construction Team by providing them full packages for the job to be done at site than contain full MTO, List of all drawings and documents, material delivery status, manpower/equipment required to perform the work and Construction guidelines.
  • Managing Scoping sessions to define a detailed execution strategy for subdividing the Construction Work Packages (CWP) into a sequence of Installation Work Packages (IWP’s) defining individual IWP scope and boundaries, and a sequenced schedule prepared for the execution of each IWP
  • Defining all The Constraint checklist which is intended to cover all the pre-requisites prior to starting the execution of an IWP, each line item in the constraint checklist will have an owner, an expected completion date and a status.
  • Meetings with Site Engineers to generate the Installation work packages for the different disciplines
  • Working with Cost team to assign the budget Man Hours for CWPS/IWPs
  • Generating the 3 month IWPS and working with site Engineers to generate the Weekly work order for each IWP.
  • Reporting the CWPs /IWPs status to Management

Competencies/Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Advance Work Face Planning implementation on large construction projects involving multi-discipline subcontractors.
  • Large exposure to site
  • Knowledge of Smart Plant 3D, Aveva ERM, Bentley or similar

Minimum Requirement: Engineering Graduate with 15-year experience in handling EPC Projects, mostly on construction sites.
