Job Description

Job Title: Project Executive / Event Executive

Location: Main Office, Media City

Salary: Up to AED 8,000 - 10,000 (negotiable)

Availability: Immediate Joiner preferred

About the Role We are seeking an experienced events professional to manage and execute corporate events, exhibitions, and brand activations from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in event management and be capable of handling all aspects of planning, coordination, and on-ground execution. Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage corporate events, exhibitions, and brand activations from start to finish.

Liaise with clients to understand event objectives, branding, and deliverables.

Develop event timelines, schedules, budgets, and project plans.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, venues, production teams, and internal stakeholders.

Manage logistics, fabrication, branding, and operational requirements.

Oversee on-site event execution, installations, and dismantling.

Ensure brand guidelines and client expectations are met during execution.

Handle last-minute changes and troubleshoot on-site issues.

Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Prepare post-event reports, evaluations, and documentation.

Knowledgeable in corporate and government events Key Requirements

1-3 years of experience in UAE events

Proven experience in corporate events, exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, or brand activations.

Strong experience handling events end-to-end.

Arabic language skills preferred.

Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
