Project Executive /coordinator Hotels/ Hospitality 3month Role

Job Description
We are looking for a temporary Project Executive for 03months with background and experience in Hotels / Hospitality industry with good market knowledge of OS &E, FF & E etc.
- The candidate would be the focal point of contact between various stakeholders and the Procurement Dept. and ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Liaison between various stakeholders, project team and Procurement to develop procurement plan, schedules and oversee the progress on site to make sure goals are met on time.
- Responsible for administrative tasks, utilizing spreadsheets to track procurement, dates, budgets, deliveries etc.
- Has good market knowledge of suppliers for OS & E, FF & E, IT etc.
- Coordinating and attending meetings
- Should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be self-motivated, attentive having good follow up skills.
- Should have excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint.
- Must have a driving license.
- should start immediately.
Contract length: 3 months Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Hospitality / Hotels: 4 years (Preferred)
- operating supplies and equipment: 4 years (Preferred)
- Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment: 4 years (Preferred)
- Liaison between various stakeholders: 2 years (Preferred)
- Driving license (Preferred)
