Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Project Execution Manager

to oversee and manage the end-to-end execution of renovation and furnishing projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high quality and safety standards. You will lead a team of site supervisors, contractors, and vendors to coordinate and streamline execution from design handover to final handoff.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

Develop detailed project execution plans including timelines, resource allocation, material requirements, and risk assessments. Manage all phases of renovation and fit-out projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with design, procurement, and client servicing teams to align project goals.

Site Management:

Supervise and monitor on-site work, ensuring adherence to design, quality, and safety standards. Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays and cost overruns. Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and in-house teams.

Client & Stakeholder Communication:

Act as the main point of contact for clients during project execution. Provide regular updates and reports to internal teams and clients. Manage client expectations, variations, and approvals.

Budget & Resource Management:

Monitor project budgets and control costs without compromising quality. Track material usage and manage procurement schedules. Ensure efficient allocation of manpower and equipment.

Compliance & Quality Control:

Ensure all work complies with building codes, regulations, and company standards. Implement quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
