Role Snapshot
Transform architectural drawings and specs into accurate BOQs and cost sheets for high-end joinery and fit-out projects. Your precision keeps our bids competitive and our margins healthy.
Key Duties
Analyse drawings, RFQs and site measurements; prepare material take-offs and labour breakdowns
Issue detailed cost estimates, value-engineering options and tender submissions on time
Liaise with design, procurement and production to validate pricing and lead times
Maintain a live cost database (timber, boards, hardware, finishes) and update monthly
Attend site visits and client meetings to clarify scope and reduce variation orders
Must-Haves
Experience:
4 + yrs estimating within joinery, fit-out, furniture or interior contracting
Proficient with AutoCAD + Excel; knowledge of Candy / CCS, CostX or similar is a plus
Solid grasp of UAE material prices, labour norms and local market rates
Diploma/Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying, Civil/Interior Engineering or related field
