We are looking for a diligent and experienced Project Estimator with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE market to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate project cost estimates, analyzing drawings and specifications, and assisting in the bidding process to ensure profitable and competitive project submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Review project drawings, specifications, and scope of work to develop precise estimates. Conduct quantity take-offs and material calculations based on project documents. Prepare detailed cost proposals and tender submissions within specified deadlines. Collaborate with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather pricing information. Analyze bids from subcontractors and suppliers for accuracy and competitiveness. Assist in budget preparation and cost control during project execution.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Estimator in the UAE. Strong knowledge of local construction standards, codes, and regulations. Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office. Identify potential risks and suggest cost-effective solutions. Maintain organized records of estimates, tenders, and related documentation. Stay informed about local market prices, labor rates, and industry trends in the UAE. Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects. Good understanding of project management processes
