Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Cost Analysis

:Analyze project documents, blueprints, and plans to identify all necessary components and associated costs.

Research & Quotes

:Contact vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain accurate quotes for materials, labor, and services.

Budget Creation

:Develop detailed cost estimates, bids, and final budgets for projects, ensuring they are comprehensive and accurate.

Risk Assessment

:Identify and factor in potential risks, such as material price fluctuations, weather delays, and labor issues, into the cost forecast.

Reporting & Presentation

:Compile and present detailed cost reports, bids, and analyses to project managers, clients, and senior management.

Collaboration

:Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project scope and specifications.

Tracking & Monitoring

:Monitor project progress and actual costs, comparing them against the initial estimates and making adjustments as needed.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
