Job Description

The Project Engineer/Supervisor is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering interior fit-out projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong project management skills, coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards. The candidate must also be proficient in preparing project quotations and cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of projects, from initiation to completion. Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Ensure all work is completed to the required quality and safety standards.
Coordination & Communication:

Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met. Supervise subcontractors and ensure timely execution of work. Conduct regular project meetings and progress updates.
Quality & Compliance:

Ensure all fit-out works comply with design specifications, industry standards, and local regulations. Conduct site inspections and quality control checks. Address and resolve any project-related issues or delays.
Budget & Cost Control:

Monitor project costs to ensure budget adherence. Approve procurement of materials and manage supplier relationships. Identify project costs and timelines.
Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in fit-out project management. Strong understanding of interior design, materials, and construction techniques. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, etc.). Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations. Proven experience in site supervision or engineering roles (typically 3-5 years). Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
Work Conditions:

Site-based and office work as required. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to work under tight deadlines.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
License/Certification:

Driving Lisence (Preferred)
