Review and understand architectural/interior drawings, shop drawings, and material specifications.
Ensure all joinery works comply with technical and quality standards.
Coordinate with the design team for timely submission and approval of shop drawings and material submittals.
Monitor site execution of joinery installations, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards benchmarks.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and ensure compliance at site .
Attend project/site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Initiate payment application submission to client based on the project progress or payment milestones as per the contract.
