Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated

Project Engineer (Fit-Out)

with a strong background in

blinds and curtains installation

to join our projects team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the

end-to-end execution

of fit-out projects, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality workmanship, and compliance with design and safety standards.
A

valid UAE Driving License

is mandatory for conducting site visits and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise day-to-day

site operations

for fit-out projects, particularly

blinds and curtains installation

. Coordinate with

project managers, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors

to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to project schedules. Supervise installation processes to ensure compliance with

design specifications, technical drawings, and safety regulations

. Conduct

site surveys, feasibility assessments, and inspections

to ensure project quality and compliance. Monitor project progress, prepare

site and progress reports

, and communicate updates regarding timelines, costs, and risks. Collaborate with the project team to

troubleshoot and resolve

on-site technical issues promptly. Maintain accurate

documentation

of site activities, inspections, quality control, and safety compliance records. Ensure proper handling, storage, and installation of materials to

prevent damage and wastage

. Participate in

client and contractor meetings

, providing technical updates and recommendations. Enforce and monitor adherence to

HSE standards

and company safety policies across all site operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven experience as a

Site / Project Engineer

in the

fit-out industry

, preferably with exposure to

blinds and curtains installation

.

Valid UAE Driving License

(mandatory). Strong knowledge of

construction drawings, technical specifications, and installation standards

. Experience in

managing subcontractors

and maintaining project timelines and quality. Excellent

problem-solving

,

decision-making

, and

site coordination

skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with clients, consultants, and team members. Proficiency in

MS Office

and other relevant engineering or project management software. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet

tight deadlines

.

Bachelor's degree

in

Civil Engineering, Construction Management

, or a related field (preferred). Prior

UAE experience

in similar roles is highly desirable.
