Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Project Engineer - Fit-Out & Acoustic

to oversee site operations and project execution. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in fit-out works and acoustic solutions, with a proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role requires effective coordination with consultants, contractors, and suppliers, as well as strict adherence to HSE and regulatory requirements. A valid

UAE Driver's License

is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise daily site operations for fit-out and acoustic projects. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution. Oversee installation works, ensuring compliance with design drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Conduct site surveys, feasibility assessments, and compliance checks. Monitor project progress, prepare regular reports, and communicate updates on timelines, costs, and risks to stakeholders. Provide technical expertise during meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Enforce strict quality control measures, inspections, and approvals throughout project execution. Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently to minimize delays. Ensure compliance with

HSE (Health, Safety & Environmental)

regulations. Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, inspections, and approvals.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Site/Project Engineer in the

fit-out and acoustic industry

. Valid

UAE Driver's License

(mandatory). Strong knowledge of fit-out construction processes, acoustic systems, technical drawings, and specifications. Hands-on experience managing subcontractors and ensuring adherence to project schedules. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills. Strong communication and coordination abilities. Proficiency in

MS Office

and project management/engineering software.

Bachelor's degree

in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred). Prior

UAE work experience

is highly desirable.
