Site / Project Engineer

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated

Site / Project Engineer

with a background in the fit-out industry or specific experience in blinds and curtains. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of site management, quality control, and be able to efficiently oversee project execution from start to finish. This role requires a

UAE driver's license

for on-site visits and travel.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage

day-to-day

site operations related to fit-out works, specifically for blinds and curtains installation.

Coordinate with

project managers, contractors,

and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.

Supervise installation processes

, ensuring work is completed according to design specifications and within safety regulations.

Conduct site surveys

and assessments to ensure feasibility and compliance with design and safety standards.

Monitor site progress,

prepare reports, and update stakeholders on timelines, costs, and any potential delays.

Collaborate with project teams to troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues.

Ensure that all installations are executed efficiently, adhering to industry best practices.

Maintain proper documentation of site activities, inspections, and quality control checks.

Ensure that all safety standards and regulations are met on-site.

Ensure proper handling, installation, and storage of materials to prevent damage.

Assist with client and contractor meetings to provide technical input and updates on project progress.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Site Engineer

in the

fit-out industry

or working with

blinds

and

curtains installation.

A valid UAE Driver's License is mandatory for site visits and travel.

Strong knowledge of site management, construction drawings, and technical specifications.

Experience with

managing subcontractors

and

ensuring adherence to project schedules

.

Good problem-solving skills

and ability to make quick decisions.

Strong communication skills

, both

verbal and written,

with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

Proficiency in MS Office and other engineering-related software.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.

UAE experience is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
