Job Description

Supervise and coordinate all

power system and switchgear projects

from initiation to completion.

Manage a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring

high-quality execution

of tasks.

Conduct and review

power system studies

(load flow, short circuit, relay coordination, arc flash).

Oversee

installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance

of electrical panels and switchgear.

Ensure

technical accuracy

in drawings, schematics, and single-line diagrams.

Maintain close coordination with

clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors

.

Ensure compliance with

safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications

.

Review and approve

technical reports, project documentation, and testing results

.

Monitor

project timelines, costs, and resource allocations

, and escalate issues to management when needed.

Mentor, train, and guide engineers/technicians for professional growth.

Lead project

progress meetings

and provide updates to management and stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
