to oversee and drive the successful delivery of commercial and residential fit-out projects from start to finish. This role requires a strong leader with excellent site coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, subcontractors, and in-house teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring fit-out works are executed according to plans, specifications, and timelines
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and trades on-site
Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with health & safety standards and project requirements
Develop and maintain project schedules and track progress against key milestones
Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
Identify and resolve issues or delays proactively to minimize project risks
Manage procurement and delivery of materials in line with project needs
Report on site progress, issues, and completion targets to senior management
Ensure all documentation and site records are accurately maintained
