Job Description

We are Interior design office based on Abu Dhabi, in seeking for a Project Engineer / Site Architect who can do the following: Responsible to follow up the project from Design Stage till the Tender Document and Tender Contract Stage. Make coordination between all Discipline (Architectural, Structural, and MEP) To plan and monitor project schedules and project deliverable in accordance with project Contracts. Project progress monitoring, site management, manpower planning & liaising with consultants & contractors. Evaluating Designs; coordinate with Consultants and Sub Contractors for changes in the same. Establishing time span of project execution as per client specifics; listing down resource needs for projects, considering the budgetary parameters set. Planning time & resources, scheduling the activities, updating actual progress, analyzing variance, forecasting weekly & monthly resource requirements etc. Monitoring/discussing project status; reviewing during the course of project review meetings. Contract(s) Administration and implementation of various versions of FIDIC Conditions of Contracts. Review tender documents and give advice on technical & documented flaws Attends meetings, writes MOM, resolves design or construction problems, meets with contractors, sub-consultants, clients and relevant officials as to when required. Ensure that projects are built in accordance with agreed plans, standards and within budget. Reviews specifications of design & construction contracts. Monitor progress on site(s), ensure conformance to plans, specifications & construction safety standards. Determine the resources (time, staff, equipment, etc) required and its allocation to complete the project. Checking shop drawing and following project's progress on sites. At least 5 years of working experience in UAE in the same field. Preferably someone who can read and write Arabic language. Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
