Job Title: Site Engineer / Project Engineer- Security Systems

Reports to: Project Manager / Technical Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Site Engineer

with a strong background in

CCTV, access control, and security systems

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electronic security systems at various sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate on-site installation and commissioning of CCTV, access control, alarm systems, intercoms, and other security solutions. Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and layouts. Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure efficient communication and workflow. Conduct site surveys, prepare material requirements, and provide technical support during project execution. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards on all job sites. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to security systems. Maintain detailed project documentation including progress reports, as-built drawings, and daily site reports. Train end-users or clients on system functionality as needed.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications Engineering or related field. Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in the installation and commissioning of CCTV and security systems. Strong knowledge of IP ,CCTV systems, NVR/VMS, access control, alarm systems, and network infrastructure. Ability to work independently and manage teams on-site. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficient in using testing tools and diagnostic equipment. Familiarity with project management and documentation practices. Valid driving license (preferred). Certifications in security systems (e.g., Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Milestone, Lenel, etc.) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in integrating security systems with BMS or third-party applications. Understanding of structured cabling, fiber optics, and networking basics. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
