Your Role:

As a

Support Services Engineer

, you'll provide technical expertise on

Access Control, CCTV, and Cyber Security systems

, ensuring smooth operations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

? Manage support tickets and resolve technical issues efficiently.
? Provide

remote troubleshooting

for Biometric & CCTV systems.
? Guide customers with clear, step-by-step solutions.
? Maintain logs, documentation, and server backups.
? Collaborate on projects and ensure timely resolutions.

We're Looking For:

A degree/diploma in

Electronics, Electrical, or related fields

.
Experience (or fresh enthusiasm!) in

security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Biometrics)

.
Strong problem-solving & communication skills.
A

customer-first mindset

with patience and clarity.

IT troubleshooting & ticketing system experience

is a plus.
Fluent English (additional languages are a bonus!).
Must be on a

valid UAE spouse visa

.

Perks & Benefits:

Salary:

AED 3,000

(probation - 6 months) ?

AED 3,500

(after probation)

+ AED 250 Conveyance Allowance

Annual Bonus (T&C Apply)

Work Hours:

Mon-Thu:

8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Fri-Sat:

8:30 AM - 12:30 PM (Early weekends!)
