Manage day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant construction or fit-out projects.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Prepare project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs for restaurant layouts and systems (HVAC, MEP, kitchen equipment).
Supervise site activities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Handle permits, inspections, and approvals required for restaurant openings.
Conduct regular site visits and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Collaborate with the operations and design teams to ensure the functionality and aesthetics of restaurant layouts.
Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide technical solutions in a timely manner.
Ensure handover procedures and snag lists are completed to satisfaction.
