Job Description
The purpose of this job is to:
Plan, organize and provide supervision for the daily construction operations and activities in assigned projects.
Oversee the daily/weekly organization, utilization and reporting process for manpower, materials, machinery and equipment.
Direct, or coordinate activities of supervisors, foremen and workers engaged in various activities on site.
Develop project execution plans as per agreed terms / scope of work, and amend them as required securing consent of all parties involved. Conduct site visits to assess feasibility and supervise installations Study and analyze project specifications and drawings to define requirements Establish and further develop long-term relationships with clients in all projects and secure new business for the company Continuously monitor and identify gaps in daily operations and seek opportunities to rectify them Bachelor's Degree in (Civil) Engineering from a recognized and accredited University At least 5 years of experience in site/project execution, preferably in play equipment, parks, sports infrastructure, or related fields. Strong understanding of installation methods and safety regulations (ASTM, EN1176, etc.) Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Bold personality, strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills preferred Strong technical knowledge of AutoCAD preferred
