Salary Range : 4,000 -13,000 ( Complete Package)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team for high-rise tower projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Plumbing, HVAC, and Firefighting (FF) Coordination, along with in-depth knowledge of local regulations and authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage mechanical systems (Plumbing, HVAC, and FF) for high-rise tower projects.

2. Ensure compliance with local rules and regulations, including DEWA, DCD, and DM.

3. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

4. Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.

5. Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of UAE/GCC experience in high-rise tower projects.

2. Strong expertise in Plumbing, HVAC, and Firefighting (FF) Coordination.

3. In-depth knowledge of local authorities and regulations (DEWA, DCD, DM).

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality.

5. Proficiency in English and Hindi (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

6. Ability to work effectively with suppliers, vendors, and project stakeholders.
