Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design and drafting of HVAC systems for minor to medium-scale projects, including load calculations, equipment sizing, and layout preparation. Estimation experience for HVAC projects medium to large supply & installation works. Support material selection, procurement, and supply activities for HVAC and basic MEP components. Supervise and participate in HVAC installation works, ensuring installation quality and compliance with project specifications and local authority requirements. Prepare and review shop drawings, BOQs, technical submittals, method statements, and other project documentation. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure project progress. Assist in testing, balancing, and commissioning of HVAC systems. Provide support for basic plumbing, drainage, and fire-fighting works as part of overall MEP coordination. Conduct site inspections, monitor work progress, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Maintain awareness of UAE codes, standards, and authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, ADDC, DEWA, SEWA, FEWA, etc.).

Quality, Safety & Compliance

Ensure adherence to UAE construction standards, authority regulations, and company HSE policies. Conduct inspections to verify quality of materials and workmanship. Maintain accurate documentation for inspections, testing, and approvals. Team management. Support for the recruitment process.

Qualification and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 5-8 years of UAE experience in HVAC, MEP medium to large projects. Experience with small to medium-scale projects such as villas, small commercial buildings, shops, and renovation works. Familiarity with split units, ducted units, VRF/VRV basics, ventilation systems, and chilled water knowledge. Basic understanding of plumbing and fire-fighting systems. UAE driving license is must.
