Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Marble Project Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:

Support in administrative and operational activities. Manage projects and ensure timely completion. Participate in daily tasks and contribute to team goals.Oversee the finishing processes on-site, including plastering, painting, coating, flooring installation, and surface treatment to ensure exceptional quality and consistency in high-end residential villas. Work closely with architects, designers, and the construction team to ensure smooth transitions from the building phase to the final finishing stages, adhering to project timelines. Inspect finished surfaces and materials for defects, imperfections, or deviations from design specifications, and ensure corrective actions are promptly taken. Collaborate with the design team to establish and enforce standards for the finishing work, ensuring it aligns with client specifications and luxury market expectations. Resolve any issues related to finishing techniques, materials, or equipment on-site. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations during the finishing stages of construction. Review and interpret architectural drawings and customer requirements to determine appropriate finishing processes, materials, and specifications. Actively seek opportunities to improve finishing techniques, reduce waste, and optimize resources to enhance project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

5 years proven experience in finishing works for Villa or luxury construction projects. Experience with high-end construction finishes such as marble, tile, granite, glass works etc. Ability to read and interpret complex architectural drawings. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including clients, designers, and contractors. Ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks and ensuring project deadlines are met. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations specific to residential construction.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
