The Project Manager is responsible for managing waterproofing projects from start to completion, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. The role involves site coordination, team management, and liaison with clients and consultants.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute waterproofing projects from start to completion
Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and main contractors
Manage manpower, subcontractors, and material resources & review and implement approved method statements and shop drawings
Ensure quality control and compliance with project requirements & Monitor work progress and ensure completion within project schedule
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site HSE requirements
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
Attend site meetings and client coordination meetings
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum experience 8-10years in waterproofing or construction projects
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, MS Project.
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage site teams and meet deadlines
UAE experiences preferred
UAE Driving License is an advantage
