Project Engineer & Junior Accountant
Job Description
We are looking to expand our operations and are seeking an experienced and motivated Engineer & Junior Accountant to join our dynamic team.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Must have a knowledge of DM, DDA, TRAKHEES, DEWA, etc
Must be able to carry out the final inspections of all projects (luxury residential, commercial projects); rectify any snags and defects to achieve the satisfaction of clients on handing over the units.
Facilitate the handover and DLP works through daily follow ups and ensure that all de-snagging works are completed.
Must have completed a Villa, Residential and Commercial projects in Dubai.
IT Literate with Fluency in English is a must
Ability to take responsibility and execute all snag works.
Must be able to prepare detailed daily, weekly and monthly work schedules with a proven history of delivering projects to client's satisfaction.
Must have an eye for detail and should be technically sound to pre-empt possible issues in execution and find solutions.
Valid UAE Driving License
JUNIOR ACCOUNT
Oversee daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and account reconciliations. Must have an experience in CONSTRUCTION Company. Conduct bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records. Support project-based financial management by tracking costs and ensuring proper allocation. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and supporting documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate project cost allocation. Assist with audit preparations and provide necessary financial documentation. Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and timely filing of VAT returns.2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably with a focus on project-based accounting.
Prior experience working in the UAE is required.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Strong understanding of UAE VAT laws and local accounting standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
