Job Title: Project Engineer - Joinery & Furniture Works

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled

Project Engineer - Joinery

with hands-on experience in furniture manufacturing and joinery fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will manage projects from initiation to final handover, ensuring coordination between production, site teams, suppliers, and clients to deliver projects on time and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise joinery and furniture manufacturing projects from start to completion. Review shop drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure accuracy and execution feasibility. Liaise closely with design, production, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery. Monitor site progress and ensure installation activities meet approved drawings and quality standards. Coordinate material requirements, production schedules, and delivery timelines as per project plans. Communicate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on technical and execution-related matters. Prepare regular project progress reports, site updates, and documentation for management. Identify potential project risks and implement corrective actions to minimize delays or quality issues. Ensure compliance with company procedures, project specifications, and safety standards.

Requirements

Minimum

3-4 years of UAE experience

as a Project Engineer in

joinery, furniture works

Strong knowledge of joinery production processes, materials, finishes, and installation methods. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and project documents. Good coordination, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office

and

basic AutoCAD

.

UAE Driving License

is preferred.
