5 to 7+ years of experience
in the joinery manufacturing industry and a proven track record of delivering high-end projects within the luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
This role requires strong technical knowledge, project management expertise, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination
Develop and execute project plans aligning with client requirements and production capabilities.
Lead design coordination to ensure feasibility, adherence to budget, and compliance with project specifications.
Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and key deliverable milestones.
Execution Management
Manage the complete project lifecycle including technical design approvals, material procurement, factory production, site installation, and handover.
Ensure all works comply with quality standards, safety requirements, and approved timelines.
Coordinate effectively with design, production, procurement, and site teams to achieve seamless project execution.
Financial Oversight
Monitor project budgets and control costs throughout execution.
Collaborate with estimation and commercial departments for variation approvals.
Ensure profitability while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
Quality Control & Client Relations
Supervise factory production and on-site installation to maintain top-quality workmanship and design intent.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, managing approvals, mock-ups, and change requests.
Ensure all project documentation, snag lists, and handover procedures are completed accurately and on time.
Leadership & Reporting
Lead and mentor project teams, including site engineers, foremen, and supervisors.
Conduct progress meetings, manage deliverables, and provide regular project updates to management.
Prepare and submit detailed progress, cost, and risk reports as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in
Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design
, or a related field.
Minimum
5 to 7 years of experience
in joinery project management.
Proven experience managing high-end, fast-track joinery projects.
Strong understanding of
, or equivalent project management software.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Experience with
