Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and technically proficient Project Engineer with 2+ years of experience in residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee site coordination, execution, and client communication, ensuring timely and quality delivery of project milestones.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily activities at residential construction sites.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Oversee the execution of works as per project plans and specifications.
• Ensure accurate detailing and manage construction documentation.
• Take complete ownership of the site, from setup to handover.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients regarding project progress and requirements.
• Monitor contractor performance and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless integration of design and execution phases.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in residential construction projects.
• Strong understanding of site operations, execution processes, and project coordination.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and manage detailed execution.
• Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Dubai) is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Responsible, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• Open to flexible responsibilities and eager to grow within the organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
