The Project Engineer will be responsible for managing and supervising all engineering and construction activities related to high-rise building projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and coordination skills to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and oversee project execution in alignment with project specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements. Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of project milestones. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on schedule, cost, and quality performance. Supervise site activities and ensure adherence to design, safety, and quality standards. Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. Manage and guide site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure effective resource utilization. Identify and resolve technical issues, design discrepancies, and site constraints. Support the Project Manager in preparing progress reports, variation claims, and project documentation. Ensure strict compliance with QA/QC procedures, HSE regulations, and Dubai authority requirements. Conduct site inspections, attend coordination meetings, and follow up on corrective actions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. 7-10 years of

UAE experience

in construction, with a strong background in

high-rise or large-scale building projects

. Excellent knowledge of construction processes, technical specifications, and project management principles. Proficient in

AutoCAD

,

MS Project/Primavera

, and

Microsoft Office

. Familiar with UAE building codes, authority approval procedures, and local regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and lead multidisciplinary site teams.

Preferred:

Experience with reputed consultants or main contractors in Dubai. Certification in

PMP

Project Management

, or

Construction Management
