About Us Firnas Shuman is a renewable energy consulting and technical services firm. We provide our services around the world with the focus on Africa, the Middle East and Asia. Each request that comes to us from clients is unique and the success of turning these requests into awarded projects depends on the quality of proposals that we submit. and Responsibilities
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned projects
- Follow up on project activities
- Interact daily with the client and the project team
- Prepare and supervise the preparation of progress reports
- Handle technical queries/ information requests among departments.
- Attend meetings, prepare meetings summaries and prepare actions list following the meetings
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance
- Coordinate between the project team and other departments at the company
- Control & keep documents record.
- Perform overall quality control of work
- BS degree in Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience of working in projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Knowledge and proven experience in documents control and scheduling
- Advanced reporting skills
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Proactive problem solver
- Excellent time management skills.
- Attention to details
